The story of how I started this blog begins when I was in my second year at
Art University and I started a collaboration with a high fashion concept store. All my friends and family pushed me to publish my photos on a website. That's how #CarmenMphotographer was born.(Yeah, I like a lot the name :P).
After a few months I got tired of trying to understand all about "html". I found it very difficult to upload the pictures, write posts, whilst I was attending my courses. Being so busy with uni, I was left with very little time and a blog would have kept me away from other activities that I was enjoying.
Now after 7 year (OMG, I'm old), I've decided that I want to do this. Even thought I know that "html"is a little hard for me (sorry for repeating myself, but it is difficult :P), I want to show all of you my photographs, my vision of this world, of what beauty means to me. In my opinion every one of us sees beauty differently (and I am particulary very picky :D you will see).
So, two or three weeks ago, I started jogging in the park with the girls I met at Salsafit Gym (It is the best gym, and they have great aerobics programs, and awesome trainers). After running the 99 stairs of Carol Park, for 7 times up and down and other fun workouts with Anca (The "beast" trainer :D), I went home where my lovely cousin Madeline made a delicious green smoothie, yammy!
I decided that it was the time to go out and take some pictures. So, with Madeline
and my namesake friend Carmen, we went to revisit the Old Town in Bucharest. For me, hanging around there the old town is not really exciting. Because I live in Unirii Square (very near to the Old Town), I know all the streets and all the restaurants and coffee shops there and it's not so interesting for me anymore.
But I've still pushed myself to start new series of pictures around there.

I was very pleased to see how many good changes had happened. From all the great new places there, we've found a hidden garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine without lintening to loud music and all the noise from the cars. It was a happy day for me, really!
Now I will let you have a look at the photos... A tip, you can enjoy them better with a glass of "Purcari Chateau, 1827" a rose wine ;)
Muuaah Muuaah,
Carmen M.
